Article 1 – Purpose and Seller
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of online training programs by Séraphine MBEZELE NGONO, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), SIRET 48203259600058, 11 rue Paul Courboulay – 72000 Le Mans, France, email: contact@tiwiabyseraphine.com, hereinafter “TIWIA by Séraphine”.

Article 2 – Product
The Renaissance Protocol is a 100% digital program of pre-recorded videos available in a personal member area. The Renaissance app is included as a bonus. To use it, you sign in with your email address. The data you enter (weight, food journal, progress photos, etc.) is saved in your personal account, on servers located in the European Union (Supabase, Paris region), so you can find it on any device. This data is only used to run the app. It is never sold or shared, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed on the day of the order.

Article 4 – Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout, by bank card or Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TIWIA by Séraphine never has access to your card details.

Article 5 – Delivery
Access to the program is granted immediately after payment confirmation, by email containing the login details for the member area. Access to the video modules is granted for life, meaning for as long as TIWIA by Séraphine operates the program.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By checking the box provided for this purpose when ordering, the customer requests immediate access to the content and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. No refund will be made after purchase, without prejudice to the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property
All program content (videos, documents, method, texts, visuals) is the exclusive property of TIWIA by Séraphine. Access is strictly personal: any reproduction, distribution, sharing of login details or resale is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 8 – Health Disclaimer
The program shares the personal experience of its author and does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription in any way. The protocol presented includes constraints defined by a medical specialist for the author’s individual situation and cannot be generalized. Each customer is advised to consult a healthcare professional before making any change to their diet or physical activity, especially in the case of a medical history, chronic illness, eating disorder, pregnancy or breastfeeding. The customer remains solely responsible for decisions regarding their health.

Article 9 – Liability
TIWIA by Séraphine does not guarantee any specific result, as results depend on many factors specific to each person. TIWIA by Séraphine cannot be held liable for decisions made by the customer based on the program content.

Article 10 – Personal Data
Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Disputes
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on “the consumer dispute mediation process”, after contacting us and failing a satisfactory response, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:
